Current Early registration discounts valid NOW through August 14, 2009! Business Conference Prices and 7-Day Registration rates will increase July 8 and again August 15. Fan Fest Rates will increase on August 1. Visit the “Pricing” page in the World of Bluegrass section for full information on rates.

Your final total will be charged to the credit card you specify in Step One, and you will receive a confirmation letter from our office in approximately two (2) weeks. Your total amount will not be reflected during online registration.

Cancellations & Refunds

AWARDS SHOW TICKETS AND FAN FEST TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Business conference attendee and exhibitor registration fees are refundable (minus a 20% processing charge of all fees paid or $50.00 whichever is greater) if IBMA is notified prior to the following dates.

Refund Notification Dates:
- Attendees - Before September 4, 2009
- Exhibitor/Vendor - Before August 14, 2009

Please call the IBMA office at 615-256-3222 to notify us of your intent to cancel. Additionally, a written request for refund MUST be submitted within two weeks of notification detailing your reason for cancellation and request for payment. After the deadlines stated above, attendees and exhibitors/vendors with confirmed registrations who cancel or fail to attend, forfeit all registration fees.
